About The Position

Job Summary: The Assembly Line Builder is responsible for initiating the production line and maintaining proper line speed to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality cabinets. This role requires strong hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and experience working in a fast-paced production environment using tools such as staple guns and hot melt equipment. Requirements

  • Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Ability to follow detailed work instructions
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50lbs.
  • Ability to perform repetitive movements including bending, reaching, and grasping
  • Ability to work in a production environment with noise and temperature variations

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience using staple guns and hot melt equipment preferred
  • Manufacturing or assembly line production experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Start and prepare the production line at the beginning of each shift
  • Control and maintain proper line speed to support production goals while ensuring quality and safety standards are met
  • Assemble products using staple guns, hot melt, and other production tools
  • Monitor product flow and make adjustments to maintain efficiency and prevent line delays
  • Follow Standard Operating Sheet (SOS) and quality standards during assembly
  • Inspect all tools to make sure they are in good working condition before start of shift and after each break.
  • Identify and report damaged materials, product defects, or equipment concerns
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to support production flow
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
