We’re seeking an experienced and dedicated Builder Sales Consultant to manage and grow our builder clients. This is a high-impact role for a natural relationship-builder who is positive, encouraging, and solutions-focused, with a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service while driving sustained growth. In this role, you will be responsible for the sales and service of your builder clients. Your day-to-day will involve: Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with builders, contractors, and partners. Providing accurate quotes, timelines, and follow-up to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish. Listening carefully to builders’ needs and guiding them toward the best solutions for their and their customers' projects. Identifying new growth opportunities and strategies for the department and company. Collaborating closely with our installation and operations teams to deliver on promises and exceed client expectations. Rolling up your sleeves to improve and systematize processes for greater efficiency and scalability. Staying up to date on products, trends, and industry best practices to be a trusted resource for your clients. Working with leadership to align your sales strategies with our company's vision and values.

Requirements
