Make service calls, maintain, and expand existing accounts by improving product mix, improving gross margins, or other means. Make sales calls, grow and develop new customer accounts. Perform take offs and walk residential job sites at different times throughout the construction process. Schedule orders and coordinate with Install Manager, Designer and Operations. Assist Credit Manager in keeping customers accounts up to date. Maintain effective communication with customers at different levels of the customers business, to include installers, purchasing agents, superintendents, owner/manager, etc. Attend Sales Training Programs as directed. Perform other duties as required.
