About The Position
Specializing in the new home construction market, we sell, install and service our proprietary product the Built-In Pest Control System to builders, we are a growing company in a growing industry looking for career minded individuals , No experience necessary ! Our corporate office is in Woodstock, GA. Additionally, we have Branch offices located throughout Metro Atlanta Area, Greenville SC, and Charlotte NC. Position Overview: The New Construction Installation Technician will be responsible for providing exceptional installations of our system in homes under construction.
Requirements
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Flexible in job duties.
- Operate a variety of high-speed drills.
- Service-minded, motivated, and an independent self-starter.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers, office staff, Managers, Supervisors, and Team Leads on a daily basis.
- Must be able to pass state verifiable training exam.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
- Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch for long periods of time.
- Must be able to carry, lift, and climb up to a 6 ft. ladder.
- Work on a residential construction job site in all weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Approximately 2 - 4 home installations per day.
- Install Pestban's polyethylene tube system in new construction homes as scheduled.
- Installation of service receptacles.
- Install Termite Bait Stations.
- Perform tube system modifications and repairs.
- Clean up work debris upon job completion.
- Complete service tickets including mapping service receptacle locations.
- Operate and maintain installation tools and equipment.
- Follow all safety procedures as required.
- Attend all required meetings.
