Assume responsibility for the planning, implementation, and control of homebuilding lending and deposit objectives for area assigned. Responsible for representing and promoting Huntington National Bank to home builders and other businesses in the market assigned. Duties and Responsibilities: Business development and achievement of sales goals. Generate a profitable loan and deposit portfolio by interviewing loan applicants, analyzing financial information, and making appropriate loan decisions. Interview current and prospective customers to determine needs and ensure they are provided with the appropriate products and services. Make business development phone calls and visits to current and prospective customers. Encourage and monitor the program throughout the assigned area. Responsible for risk mitigation of individual loans in process. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly loan reports to detect and resolve any circumstances or situations that represent a potential risk or loss to the bank. Assist with complex problems and decisions. Attention to regulatory requirements and compliance training applicable to position (Bank Secrecy Act, Customer Information Privacy, etc.) Attention to regulatory requirements and compliance Serve as a representative of the bank and actively participate in community activities. Performs other duties as assigned.
