Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flooring installation experience is a plus.
• Construction experience is helpful.
• Commitment to safety in all work practices.
• Ability to work independently and problem solve.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance required.
• Reliable vehicle to travel to job sites required.
• Good communication skills required.
• Must pass drug test and subject to random tests.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in flooring installation or construction.

Responsibilities

• Inspect homes and projects before, during and after installations.
• Check job readiness and verify that everything gets done.
• Field measure and check work orders for material quantities.
• Communicate with customers and project managers on a daily basis.
• Drive from jobsite to jobsite, planning and prioritizing each day.
• Schedule work to be done efficiently.
• Determine best methods of installations and repairs.
• Ensure job completion to customer satisfaction.
• Respond to complaints or questions regarding installations.
• Pick up and deliver materials as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Benefits

• Salary range of $45,000 to $50,000 plus mileage agreement.
