About The Position

This is a high-impact sales role with a well-established, privately held supplier, the organization has decades of experience delivering Doors, Molding, Trim, Mantels, Stairs, and other Millwork solutions to Builders, GC's, and additional channels. The company is rapidly expanding its sales presence in key markets and is seeking a proven sales professional who already has strong builder and/or dealer relationships and a track record of success. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, values long-term partnerships, and wants meaningful autonomy while being supported by a stable, experienced operations team. The company is growing with a strong vision and recently hired established leadership with a track record of rapidly scaling organizations in the space. It is a reputable organization with roots dating back to the 80's, offering a strong base, bonus, and earning potential. Support from ownership with a vision to grow the business into new channels with new product lines, leaving excellent upside for performing employees.

Requirements

  • Existing relationships with either Multi-family GC's, Single-Family builders, or dealers/distributors
  • Strong background selling Doors, Trim, Moulding, Windows
  • Proven experience managing complex construction projects end-to-end
  • Ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle
  • Willingness to complete background screening as a condition of employment

  • Cabinet sales preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own the full turnkey sales process from measurement through installation coordination
  • Manage takeoffs, pricing, scheduling, and on-site installation oversight
  • Serve as the single point of contact for client relationships
  • Drive new business with greenfield multifamily builders and developers
  • Maintain long-term relationships through proactive communication and execution
  • Grow territory $2M-$5M annually
