Do you like carpentry but want a little more variety? This could be the role for you! At this time, STAR has an open position for a Cabinetmaker / Builder. This role plays a critical role in ensuring that our clients’ projects are executed above expectations. The ideal candidate for this job will possess a collaborative spirit, a commitment to exceeding client expectations, fanatical attention to detail, and an exceptional ability to manage assigned tasks and timelines.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on building and cabinetmaking experience (tradeshow and retail fixture experience preferred)
Responsibilities
- Ability to read blueprints and create/build components accordingly.
- Experience using a variety of power tools.
- Ability to work independently through instructions/directions.
- Refurbish exhibit components.
- Maintain equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Assist in set-ups and dismantles, as needed.
