Great Floors is a subsidiary of Artisan Design Group (ADG), a leading supply chain partner to homebuilders throughout the United States. Formed in 2016 by merging two industry leaders, ADG has rapidly expanded through acquiring over 20 additional companies, establishing itself as the premier interior finishing organization in the U.S. Great Floors is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Builder Account Representative to support its operations in the specific PNW region. In this role, the representative will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth while upholding the company's high standards of service and quality. This is a front-line business driver responsible for owning builder and contractor relationships, driving revenue growth, managing projects from bid through completion, and delivering best-in-class customer experience. The position sits at the center of sales, operations, and execution. Strong performance in this role creates a path to Senior Sales / Builder Account Manager, Market leadership opportunities, and expansion into larger regional and national builder accounts.
