The Opportunity - Your Impact: This is a truly entrepreneurial, high-impact, and foundational position critical to Reevo's initial and long-term success. As our Founding Account Executive, you will be far more than a traditional sales professional; you will be a strategic architect. You will actively build and scale our sales engine, directly influence our strategic direction, and set the standard for all future GTM teams. This role demands a high degree of autonomy, comfort with ambiguity, and a relentless drive to both hunt for new business and build the very foundations of our sales organization.

Requirements

  • Proven track record (3-5+ years) in B2B SaaS Account Executive roles, with consistent and demonstrable overachievement of sales quotas.
  • Extensive experience managing complex sales cycles (e.g., 3-6+ months) and effectively engaging multiple stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Exceptional discovery, consultative selling, and value articulation skills, with a focus on quantifying Return on Investment (ROI) for prospects.
  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) and strong negotiation abilities.
  • Demonstrated technical curiosity and the ability to translate complex software features into clear, tangible business benefits for diverse audiences.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in sales/AI technology, CRM, or sales productivity software.
  • Direct experience in an early-stage startup environment or a proven comfort level with less structured, rapidly evolving environments.
  • A track record of actively leveraging AI tools or other innovative technologies to enhance sales efficiency and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales cycle from strategic prospecting and rigorous lead qualification to empathetic consultative selling, compelling product demonstrations, skilled negotiation, and successful deal closure. Your focus will be on new customer acquisition and driving significant revenue growth.
  • Strategic Prospecting & Pipeline Generation: Proactively build a real, high-quality pipeline by identifying and targeting ideal customer profiles. You will leverage Reevo's advanced tools for lead enrichment and streamlined outreach campaigns across email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Consultative Selling & Relationship Building: Deeply understand client needs, uncover their pain points, and strategically position Reevo as the optimal solution, focusing on how our platform solves their specific business challenges. You will build and nurture long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with both prospects and existing clients.
  • Product Demonstration & Value Articulation: Clearly communicate complex software solutions and translate intricate features into tangible business value for diverse audiences. You will expertly demonstrate how Reevo's AI-powered capabilities directly solve customer challenges, freeing up their time for productive selling.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations with confidence and skill, ensuring favorable terms for Reevo while consistently closing deals to meet or exceed aggressive sales targets.
  • Internal Collaboration & Feedback Loop: Collaborate closely with our founders, product and engineering teams to provide invaluable market feedback, actively contributing to the continuous evolution and refinement of our platform. You may also advise early team members on optimal sales solutions.
  • Data Management & Performance Analysis: Utilize Reevo's own platform to efficiently manage your sales pipeline, log activities, generate tasks, and extract critical insights, showcasing internal product adoption and best practices.
  • Market Intelligence & Adaptability: Continuously conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and evolving customer needs, adapting your strategies based on new understandings.
