About The Position
Sol Tropikal is seeking a talented and experienced Buffet Supervisor to join our culinary team to be responsible together with the Buffet Specialties Chef for the implementation of centralised kitchen procedures in the area of Menu in Buffets and AI snacks, ensuring company standards and adapting the work operation to the hotel team, maintaining the levels of product quality, service and meeting the company's requirements in terms of HACCP and sustainability.
