About The Position
The Buffet Runner at Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and breaking down buffet items to ensure they are fresh and appealing. This role involves transporting food from the kitchen to the buffet, stocking buffet items, and maintaining cleanliness in the buffet area. Additionally, the Buffet Runner assists with delivering food to guest tables and providing support to guests as needed. Full availability, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays, is required.
