This position is responsible for the preparation and presentation of the buffet line in The Circular at The Hotel Hershey. The role involves limited food production and preparation with both hot and cold food items, working closely with Line Cook(s) and Sous Chef to ensure timely delivery of hot food items. The position also requires maintaining an aesthetically pleasing presentation of the entire buffet line, including display props, plates, serviceware, and additional tables and linen, as well as managing a full carving station display when necessary. Additionally, the position involves maintaining both front and back of house areas in a clean, safe, and sanitized manner, along with performing other duties as assigned.
