About The Position

As a member of our hospitality team, the primary responsibility of a Buffet Attendant is to provide exceptional service to our guests by setting up and maintaining an attractive buffet setup. A crucial part of this role is to know and follow all food safety and sanitation regulations, keep the buffet stocked and clean at all times, ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Sets up the buffet for each meal, ensuring an appealing presentation and maintaining optimal food temperature.
• Continuously monitor and restock the buffet to ensure all food items are available and fresh.
• Maintains a clean and organized buffet area, promptly clearing and cleaning tables as guests finish their meals.
• Continuously strives to exceed guest expectations by providing attentive, friendly, and personalized service.
