About The Position

Operation of equipment and programming. Employee has the responsibility and authority to control quality.

Requirements

• Learn and understand customer expectations of an acceptable part.
• Acknowledge and use instructions as part of job function.
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds repeatedly for the entire production shift.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and bend repeatedly during the entire production shift.
• Additional physical demands include: reaching and occasionally being able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operation of buffers and buffing fixtures
• Operation of sanders and grinders
• Assisting with set up and operation of all machines and tools assigned
• Must have average communication skills
• Follow instructions
• Stay up to date on training for buffers
