About The Position
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Cannabis Budtender to join our team at our dispensary located at 2412 North Robinson Avenue, Oklahoma City, OK. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting suitable cannabis products and provide exceptional service in a dispensary setting. This role is crucial in ensuring that customers have a positive experience while navigating our product offerings. The Budtender will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and delivering outstanding customer service. The position requires a strong understanding of cannabis products, their effects, and proper usage, as well as the ability to communicate this information effectively to customers. In addition to assisting customers, the Budtender will be tasked with stocking and maintaining inventory levels of cannabis products, weighing, packaging, and labeling products as needed, and executing retail sales transactions accurately. The role also involves utilizing retail math skills for transactions and inventory management, supervising store activities, and addressing any inquiries or concerns from customers promptly. The Budtender will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers and ensuring that the store is clean and organized at all times. This position may require working weekends and varying shifts, including morning and evening shifts, depending on the needs of the business.
