About The Position

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Cannabis Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them in selecting the right cannabis products, and ensuring a positive experience at our dispensary.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail sales or customer service position
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple customers and tasks simultaneously
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• Ability to lift and stock inventory as needed
• Keeping the outside and inside of building clean (Picking up trash)

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual skills (preferred) to assist a diverse customer base
• Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods (preferred)
• Familiarity with POS systems for transaction processing
• Understanding of retail math concepts for pricing and discounts

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting cannabis products based on their preferences and needs
• Provide accurate information about different strains, potency levels, and consumption methods
• Educate customers on the effects and benefits of various cannabis products
• Process transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure shelves are stocked
• Keep the dispensary clean and organized
• Perform basic math calculations for cash handling and inventory management
• Conduct product demos and provide recommendations to customers
• Ensure compliance with all state regulations and company policies
