Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in the cannabis industry.
• Strong knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
• A passion for cannabis and a desire to educate others about its benefits.

• Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Familiarity with local and state cannabis regulations and compliance.
• Previous experience in a budtending or cannabis retail role.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on safe consumption methods, dosage, and product benefits.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and compliance regulations.
• Assist with inventory management and product restocking as needed.
