As a Budtender, you’ll be a trusted cannabis guide , helping customers find the perfect products while creating a welcoming, educational, and friendly atmosphere. 🚀

Requirements

• Age 21+
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping people
• Attention to detail and solid math skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Clear criminal background (LiveScan required)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• Previous budtending or cannabis retail experience
• Knowledge of cannabis products (strains, concentrates, edibles, etc.)
• Calm under pressure and able to multitask like a champ

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with good vibes and expert recommendations
• Stay sharp on product knowledge and cannabis trends
• Handle transactions like a pro with accuracy and care
• Keep things clean, organized, and running smooth at your station
• Help with restocking, inventory, and daily operations
• Work closely with an awesome team of cannabis professionals
• Ensure everything we do stays compliant with all laws and SOPs
