As part of a new growth initiative we're helping dispensary clients find and hire candidates for key positions. This description is for a Columbia, Maryland area dispensary that's looking for responsible Budtenders to advise their customers, educate them on cannabis products, and provide excellent customer service. Requirements

• Proven work experience in a relevant customer service role.
• Strong knowledge of cannabis (previous work in the industry not required).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team to help foster a thriving workplace.
• Use customer service skills to create a great client experience.
• Inform customers about new products and services.
