About The Position

We are seeking a quality and dependable candidate with a strong work ethic for our Boynton Beach location. The Budtender position is responsible for promoting a positive work environment that is customer service-oriented and compliant with established policies and procedures. This role ensures high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent customer service and enhancing the customer experience in-store through product knowledge. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service. You will accurately use and train others on the POS system, handle cash, conduct safe audits, and manage change drops. Greeting and checking in customers in a friendly and welcoming manner is essential, as is assisting customers in-store, over the phone, and processing online orders. You will encourage sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge. Compliance with legal requirements is crucial, and you will need to have a full understanding of the training and compliance binder. Additionally, you will assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and uphold the company's policies and procedures and compliance standards. Maintaining visual merchandising standards and ensuring that proper signage, price tickets, and marketing materials are visible and updated is also part of your responsibilities. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, neat, and well-stocked store while ensuring general housekeeping duties are upheld.
