About The Position
Responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the concerned business units and its subject matter experts (i.e. Cathlab, CDM Analyst etc.) using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports as required by the CFO or its designated project manager. The CDM analyst is responsible for coordinating the charge master system and function, which is a listing of hospital services and procedures and the charges associated with the procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
- Three (3) to five (5) years’ information technology project management experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Five (5) to seven (7) years information technology experience (preferably in healthcare) including application development, application support, rollout/implementation and change control.
- Hands–on experience with applications assigned to the group preferred.
- Demonstrated skill in re-engineering operations and procedures.
- Demonstrated skill in implementing IT strategies and procedures.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree preferred.
