The position provides processing of financial actions for the College of Interdisciplinary Studies. This position will need to have administrative skills to support the supervisor who is responsible for financial and operational duties for the college. Under the direction of the supervisor the incumbent will assist in managing the day-to-day actions and data entry associated with 3 areas (College of Interdisciplinary Studies, School of Interdisciplinary Studies, School of Professional Studies) and 4 subdivisions (Student Success Center, Extended Programs & Regional Development, 2+2, eCampus) spanning approximately 100 indexes. Job duties may include but are not limited to maintaining and reconciling accounts, receive, log, and deliver deposits for EPRD, submit travel pre-approvals and expense reports as a delegate of the travelers, create payment requests for invoices, communicate with vendors, ordering supplies, PAF's, grant bookkeeping, as well as other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor.
