The Budget Director is responsible for ensuring funds are available for spending on authorized purposes, spending does not exceed budgeted amounts, and provides oversight and accountability for fiscal transactions for the Office of Consumer Affairs (OCA), Division of Insurance (DOI), Division of Banks (DOB), Division of Standards (DOS), Division of Occupational Licensure (DOL) and the Department of Telecommunications and Cable (DTC).
