About The Position

This position is located at US ARMY SPECIAL OPERATIONS COMMAND DCS, COMPTROLLER BUDGET AND EXECUTION DIVISION FORT LIBERTY, NC. Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• THIS IS A FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT Level 2 Certified position designated Incumbent of this position is required to comply with all Department of Defense and Department of the Army requirements of this certification program.
• A SECRET security clearance.
• Occasional TDY.

Responsibilities

• Serves as Budget Analyst in the Budget Execution Division, Deputy Chief of Staff, Comptroller (DCSCMP), U.S. Army Special Operations Command (USASOC).
• Analyzes program and budget guidance and instruction provided by higher headquarters to determine impact on USASOC operations.
• Assists program managers, MSUs and staff in relating their objectives to funds available.
