About The Position
Under the general direction of the Budget Manager, the Budget Analyst is responsible for providing financial information to management by preparing, researching, reconciling, and analyzing budget and financial data, developing and updating financial records and financial models, analyzing, monitoring, and reporting on financial and performance metrics, and preparing financial and budget status reports. This position works closely with all City departments in establishing and maintaining budgetary controls, protocols, and procedures to ensure compliance with the City's financial policies and reporting standards. Starting salary is a minimum of $61,526 annually, final compensation will be based on applicable experience, education, and expertise.
