We are growing our team of cleared professionals across financial management, program support, engineering, cybersecurity, logistics, and mission support disciplines. As a Budget Analyst, you will support mission-critical financial operations by managing, tracking, and reconciling government funds in secure DoD environments. You will work closely with program managers, contracting teams, and leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and execution of funding requirements.

Requirements

  • Current and Active DoD Secret Clearance
  • BA/BS from an accredited college or university in a relevant financial discipline. Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance preferred
  • Minimum of four years of experience providing budget analysis for multiple large projects

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred
  • Technical experience with Standard Finance System (STANFINS), General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS), Logistics Modernization Program (LMP), and Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Process and control funds received from customers and research/reconcile open reimbursable funds
  • Attend financial meetings and provide status-of-funds briefings to leadership
  • Query financial databases (DAI, LMP, GFEBS) to track commitments, obligations, and disbursement status for contract reconciliation
  • Input Procurement Work Directives (PWDs) into LMP and enter commitments into STANFINS and GFEBS
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies, including over-disbursements, duplicate payments, and Negative Unliquidated Obligations
  • Manage obligation plans and prepare funding documentation, including Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPRs)
