This position is responsible for assisting in the development of departmental budgets and Workday approvals. Position is responsible for reviewing organizational and departmental budgets to ensure completeness and accuracy. Demonstrates effective teamwork by interacting in a positive manner with colleagues and creating a collaborative work environment and has a high attention to detail. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Participates with finance team to develop budgets, reporting and controls. This position will maintain Workday approvals for job changes including approved hours (FTEs) and job requisitions. Will assist in error reporting for the Position Control report in Workday and provide feedback to managers throughout the organization. Assist in mapping new accounts and department codes in Strata. Helps with maintenance and analysis relating to the Manual of Financial Relationships and inter-institutional calculations. Performs ad-hoc requests regarding payroll/FTE and general ledger data.
