Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship (required)
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Active Secret Security Clearance
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to climb ladders and conduct facility inspections

Nice To Haves

• Experience with GFEBS and Army LMP
• Power BI / Dashboarding experience (plus)

Responsibilities

• Oversee environmental health and safety programs across multiple facilities
• Ensure OSHA and local safety compliance
• Conduct safety inspections and coordinate corrective actions
• Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and training programs
• Serve as liaison with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Support emergency preparedness and crisis management efforts
• Track incidents, prepare reports, and coordinate with HR
• Maintain safety documentation and digital records (SharePoint)
• Assist leadership with safety reporting and monthly safety initiatives
