About The Position

E-Logic is seeking a Budget & Financial Analyst to support cost analysis, forecasting, and financial management for Department of Health and Human Services Enterprise Infrastructure Services (EIS) Program Management Office (PMO). Key Responsibilities Support budget formulation and cost center planning Perform trend analysis for out-year financial planning Analyze billing data, invoices, and cost recovery opportunities Support financial reporting and cost savings tracking Assist in validating pricing and funding impacts Requirements Experience with federal budgeting or telecom cost analysis Strong Excel/data analysis skills Knowledge of cost recovery and invoice validation processes Important Notice: This role is part of a proposal for the Department of Health and Human Services. Hiring is contingent upon the selection of the consultant. Selected candidates will be included in the proposal and must authorize the use of their resume for submission.
