About The Position
Innovative is hiring an experienced Buckhoist Operator for a construction project. We’re looking for a dependable professional with a proven track record of safely and efficiently operating buckhoists in fast-paced environments.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating a buckhoist on active construction sites.
- OSHA 10 certification preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
Responsibilities
- Operate buckhoist to transport personnel and materials between floors.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and trades to ensure smooth operations.
- Enforce and follow all safety protocols and site procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized hoist area.
