  • Maintain clear communication with both customers and team members to address questions, special requests, and resolve any issues efficiently.
  • Organize seating arrangements to optimize dining room flow and accommodate guest preferences while adhering to safety and capacity guidelines.
  • Keep the host area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials to support smooth operations throughout the shift.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
  • Basic proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and order management software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
