About The Position
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at our bubble tea shop located at 3436 Denmark Avenue, Eagan, MN 55123. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious coffee beverages. If you have a passion for coffee and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Your role will involve preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, such as lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos, ensuring quality and consistency in every drink by following recipes and standards. You will also operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately, take customer orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences. In addition to beverage preparation, you will maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, assist with food preparation and presentation as needed, and adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times. Providing excellent customer service is a key aspect of this role, which includes greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly. You will also be expected to maintain knowledge of current menu items, promotions, and special offers to enhance the customer experience. This position is part-time, with expected hours ranging from 15 to 25 per week, primarily during evening shifts. With tips, you should be making around $18 an hour, making this a rewarding opportunity for those who are passionate about coffee and customer service.
