Responsibilities

• Deliver cross-functional execution of programs to meet and exceed Division(s) and financial goals
• Coordinate division(s) product portfolio prioritization and budget alignment
• Drive Planning and Operational execution to ensure optimal Balance Sheet performance, including optiization of cash and Inventory Mgmt.
• Ensure OPEX (operating expense) spending is in alignment with project plans and spending targets for division(s)
• Responsible for business process creation and continuous improvement
• Manage and drive division(s) COGS (cost of goods sold) reduction plans to deliver GM (gross margin) targets
• Own some interface points across the enterprise including supply chain, AGS and drive specific plans for continuous improvement
• Achieve tactical alignment of the division'(s) objectives with segment and AMAT plans
• Develop and Drive cross divisional programs
