We are looking for a Business Unit Controller & Head of Reporting & Controlling processes PM to strengthen our team! The purpose of the job will be as followed: To combine strategic business partnership with hands-on operational control for GFT, and to lead all aspects of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and process optimization across the BUs for PM ThTo be responsible, with the Division controller, for driving the financial performance management and controlling framework for the PM Division. This role ensures transparency of results, strong governance over controlling processes. To coordinate Controlling activities at BU level, acting as an interface between Plant Controllers and Division Controller To ensure compliance (including local laws and regulations), Group culture, targets and policies respect and implementation (such as sales, credit management and the other Group, Division and BU directives and procedures), with particular focus on HSE as priority To provide to Division and to Group an accurate Reporting package To support BU VP as well as Business Unit management team in decision making, providing all needed analysis Part of the BU Leadership team

Requirements

Master's degree in business administration, Controlling or equivalent
Proven solid experience in Finance and Controlling management within complex international environment
Strong leadership skills
Excellent analytical skills
Target oriented
Outstanding communication and change management skills
Fluency in English
Availability for travel

Responsibilities

To challenge Business Unit Leadership Team members and guide them in decision making
To support Business Unit Leadership Team in Annual and Strategy planning preparation as well as specific analysis on demand
As Head of Reporting & Controlling processes, you lead the management reporting and performance transparency, planning & forecasting, as well as processes excellence and digitalization for Protective Materials.
To ensure that Group Policies and internal control procedures are accurately applied in each location
To lead, develop and mentor Plant Controllers to provide the best support to the business
To prepare and grant accuracy of Reporting Package jointly with Plant Controllers, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting
Forecasting and planning (estimates, annual plans, 5 years plan)
To support the Division Controller in the preparation for the Monthly Business Review
To provide instructions and deadlines to Plant Controllers
