Come join our team and help us have a positive impact on how the world uses data. We are seeking highly ambitious talent to join our new college graduate Catalyst Rotational Program. Participants can expect accelerated exposure to Micron's corporate business in a variety of capacities relative to business operations, corporate strategy, and other sectors critical to Micron's success as a business. The program offers motivated, new college graduates the opportunity to work on high visibility, high-impact projects in each rotation. Over the course of 12 months, you'll have the unique opportunity to gain both cross-functional and cross-business unit experience through two (2) 6-month assignments in areas such as Product Planning, Business Operations, Outbound Marketing, Technical Marketing, and Corporate Strategy. During the program, we'll support your development with accelerated learning opportunities to grow your business acumen, ongoing coaching, feedback, and mentorship from a diverse and supportive network of talent, and exposure to leaders and teams across the business organization. Key learnings and new skills will help you chart your career, and you will engage with a peer network to learn from and build lasting relationships. This program is designed to foster your growth and development in a dynamic and innovative environment, preparing you for a successful career in the semiconductor industry.
