What you will do Site Supervision: Acts as the primary on-site leader, ensuring daily, on-site supervision of all trades and laborers to ensure compliance with building plans, specifications, and quality standards. Construction Operations: Manages the entire vertical construction process from foundation to final turnover, ensuring tight, accelerated construction cadences. Trade Coordination: Schedules, manages, and holds subcontractors accountable to safety standards, quality, and project timelines. Quality Control: Conducts daily site walkthroughs, identifies punch list items, and ensures "rent-ready" quality. Safety & Compliance: Maintains a clean, safe, and organized job site; ensures compliance with local building codes and OSHA standards. Project Documentation: Maintains accurate job information using proprietary project management, scheduling, and payment software. Budgeting & Estimating: Works closely with the project Purchasing Agent to assist in developing and maintaining project budgets, variance reports, and subcontractor bids. Vendor Relationships: Works closely with the project Purchasing Agent to manage supplier and trade partner relationships. Team Leadership: Works closely with the Division Director of Construction, the Regional VP of Operations, and the project's Owners to manage performance and accountability. As the business grows, mentor junior staff or assistant superintendents. Process Improvement: Assists in defining operational strategies and standardizing processes. This position requires driving for the Company using either 1) a Company vehicle, at any frequency from Rarely to Constantly; or, 2) a Personal or Rental vehicle to conduct Company business more than 50% of the time to perform work duties.
