About The Position

Brazos Towers is a high-end luxury Life Plan Community, also known as a Continuing Care Retirement Community, which offers independent retirement living residences with the full benefits of a life care program in a highly rated Healthcare center for future healthcare needs. We are currently looking for a Sales/Marketing professional with a proven track record of generating and closing qualified leads. As our Residency Sales Counselor, you will partner with the Marketing Director and Executive Director to improve occupancy at our retirement community. We are seeking a candidate with a strong positive attitude toward customer service to act as a Sales Counselor. This person will have a genuine interest in working with older adults and be able to engage, motivate, and support both residents and fellow team members. The ideal candidate is dependable, compassionate, and aligned with our values of respect, excellence, and community. Creativity, teamwork, and a drive to exceed expectations are key traits we’re looking for as we work together to fulfill our mission of uplifting the lives of those we serve.

Requirements

  • Minimum Two (2) years’ sales experience related sales experience in related field.
  • Ability to travel locally

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in senior living sales and entrance fee communities preferred.
  • BA strongly preferred with a background in marketing and sales preferred
  • Excellent communications skills including personal presentations and teleselling.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently, be self-motivated and demonstrate good judgment
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures
  • Proficiency in office systems with specific skills in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

  • Responding to inquiries and meeting with prospective residents.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with prospective and current residents.
  • Must possess a thorough understanding of each phase of the community selling cycle.
  • Market and sell independent living apartment homes.
  • Ability to create and implement a sales and marketing plan.
