About The Position

Bounce Therapy provides compassionate, high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families in their homes. Our goal is to empower children with developmental differences by delivering personalized, evidence-based support in natural settings. We are seeking energetic, reliable, and caring Behavior Technicians to join our team for in-home clients located in the Carteret, NJ area! Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus!

Requirements

• Current RBT certification
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• M-F 4pm-7pm availability

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in English/Spanish

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA
• Work 1:1 with children in their home environment
• Collect and record data on client behavior and skill acquisition
• Collaborate with families and other team members to support client progress
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
• Maintain professional and ethical standards in line with RBT and company guidelines
