About The Position

The Biomedical Science Careers Program (BSCP) exists to increase the representation of individuals from underserved communities in science and medicine, while helping science-related industries and institutions build a more diverse workforce. BSCP is at an exciting juncture of growth, and we are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial fundraising professional to grow and lead our development program. This highly independent role reports directly to the Executive Director, under the leadership of the Dean for Diversity Inclusion and Community Partnership (DICP) at Harvard Medical School. It offers an opportunity to shape the future of BSCP's development program. The organizational budget is approximately $1.5 million annually, which is raised yearly from private philanthropy.
