About The Position
The BSA Team Leader is responsible for direct oversight of the BSA/AML team members, conducting quality assurance oversight of BSA related requirements such as alerts, CTRs, SARs and reviews of new membership and OFAC reviews. Actively participate in the annual examination and audit, identifying opportunities and providing recommendations for process improvements. Assist DCU's BSA Officer in executing DCU's BSA policy by ensuring that the daily tasks are completed by the BSA team, allowing the BSA Officer to focus on the broader application of the BSA program across DCU.
