About The Position

The Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Systems Manager must have a strong knowledge of financial services systems, financial crimes and BSA / AML as well as market abuse typologies. The role requires a self-starter who is willing to work in ambiguous detail, having the ability to dissect and analyze large amounts of unstructured information to discern high-risk transactions indicative of Money Laundering/Terrorist Financing activity. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years' data analytics
• Ability to bridge business and technical requirements
• Experience with data analysis and handling large datasets
• Familiarity with VS Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Replit, and similar tools
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Azure offerings
• Experience structuring unstructured data
• A portfolio or link to web applications (e.g., Replit projects) preferred
• Data Analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) preferred and Product Ownership (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) preferred
• Certifications in SQL or Python is a plus

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for new initiatives, enhancements, and system integrations
• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track project progress
• Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders
• Design and implement technological and workflow solutions to strengthen AML controls
• Continuously improve processes across supported functions
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, root causes, and opportunities for optimization
• Work with structured and unstructured data, including transforming unstructured data into usable formats
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies, including AI, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and agentic workflows
• Participate and prepare with the guidance of the AML Officer for regulatory examinations and audits
