The BSA Officer at Security Federal Bank is responsible for the development, implementation, administration, and maintenance of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance Program. This role ensures compliance with BSA/AML laws and regulations, internal policies, and federal regulatory expectations. The BSA Officer must possess extensive knowledge in BSA/AML compliance and will oversee monitoring processes, provide training, and report to the Board of Directors and Compliance Committee.
