What You’ll Do 🚀 Intern Program Begins: May 11, 2026 Intern Program Ends: August 5, 2026 Pay Rate: $18/hr 📍This position will be located at our Corporate Office: 2355 W Pinnacle Peak Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85027 The BSA intern will: Gather and document business requirements by meeting with stakeholders and understanding their needs. Analyze business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Assists in creating system specifications, user stories, and workflow diagrams. Support testing activities, such as preparing test cases and validating system functionality. Help coordinate with developers, testers, and business teams to ensure requirements are clear and solutions align with user needs. Learn how system integrations, data flows, and technical documentation support business operations. Assist in creating functional specifications, user stories, and workflow diagrams. Support system testing activities, including writing test cases, executing tests, and documenting results. Help translate business requirements into technical instructions for developers or IT teams. Participate in stakeholder meetings, taking notes and tracking action items. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to support project planning and decision-making. Assist with data analysis, such as validating data or running simple queries. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, project managers) to ensure alignment on project objectives. Maintain project documentation and update requirements or process flows as changes occur. Why Join OneAZ?   • Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
