This role ensures adherence to critical regulatory requirements including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and the Patriot Act, The analyst also ensures compliance with the National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA) operating rules, as well as guidelines related to Member Due Diligence (MDD) and Member Identification Program (MIP) regulations and guidelines. Additionally, the role involves providing training and support to staff.
