About The Position
Sunflower Bank, N.A. is looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to fill the position of a full-time BSA Director at our Wichita, KS location. The BSA Director is responsible for the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) compliance program, ensuring the Bank's compliance with federal laws and regulations related to anti-money laundering (AML) and other financial crimes. The BSA Director should be an innovative and strategic leader who is forward-thinking and capable of driving Sunflower’s financial crimes programs toward sustainable future success. The ideal candidate will possess strong compliance, risk management, process and operational acumen with the ability to implement an environment of continuous program improvement in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. This leader should also display the ability to anticipate business and industry trends and utilize this information to develop long-term strategies that align with Sunflower’s risk profile, vision and goals.
