About The Position

The Brow Waxing Expert at Ulta Beauty is responsible for maximizing sales of the Benefit brand by engaging with guests to understand their needs, assisting in product selection, and performing short beauty services such as eyebrow and facial waxing. This role emphasizes exceptional guest service, product knowledge, and compliance with operational standards, contributing to the overall success of the store and the brand.

Requirements

• Active Esthetician or Cosmetology license as required by law.
• Experience in makeup application and eyebrow/facial waxing preferred.
• Demonstrated competency in sales and customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in tweezing and eyebrow tinting.
• Proficiency with equipment needed for technical work.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals.
• Engage every guest, personalizing service to their needs.
• Perform eyebrow and facial waxing, tweezing, and tinting services.
• Use appointment systems to book guest appointments.
• Stay informed about industry trends and products to better serve guests.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and an active clientele portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty's policies and procedures.
• Drive sales by keeping the Brow Bar area replenished and maintained.
• Participate in merchandise resets and inventory procedures.
