About The Position

The Site Manager has responsibility for operational and clinical oversight of all LBHS IDD day programs, personnel, and facilities. Directs staff providing services to clients. Establishes appropriate levels of care in coordination with DBHDD and Support Coordination. Ensures quality of services provided. Ensures that all programs are consistently in compliance with federal, state, DBHDD, CARF, DCH, HFR, Beacon Health Systems, contractional and other applicable regulatory requirements. Consistently monitors IDD Day Program dashboards/reports/charts to ensure operational compliance with regulatory requirements and attainment of established staffing ratios, quality, contractional, customer service, personnel, safety, documentation, productivity and fiscal performance outcomes. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments/programs. Represents LBHS IDD Day Services within the organization, community, stakeholders, and professional meetings/forums. Assists Residential Director in the development, review, and modification of Residential policies and procedures. Assists in development of capital and operational budgets for IDD Day Services. Assumes duties of the IDD Director and Site leaders when such are absent and/or unavailable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management and/or clinical degree in mental health/substance use/developmental disability, or other medical field.
  • Previous experience working in mental health/substance abuse/developmental disabilities and/or hospital.
  • Must be able to meet the requirements to become/maintain credential of Developmental Disability Professional.
  • Computer experience with Word/Excel/PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, develop reports and analyze data.
  • Leadership skills, recognizing individual needs while promoting teamwork.
  • Communication and relationship abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree preferred.
