In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of concert operations, including greeting guests, scanning tickets, assisting with fan communication, facilitating Will Call and Guest List operations, and supporting premium services for concert events. You will also assist in the setup and teardown of venue assets, research new food and beverage concepts, observe concert load-ins and load-outs, prepare merchandise displays, and participate in sustainability programs.
