Associates assist with account maintenance, website support, asset transfer, correspondence questions, and other general requests. FINRA licensed Associates process equity, option, mutual fund, and fixed income orders. Acts as a backup for U.S. Bancorp Investments Financial Advisors and makes warm introductions to the Wealth Management Advisory Service team as well as US Bank partners when appropriate. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Typically three to five years of relevant work experience
  • Reliable
  • Passionate about customer service
  • Strong phone and interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented and ability to follow procedures while working independently
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications

Nice To Haves

  • Contact Center experience
  • Previous banking or financial services experience
  • FINRA registrations – SIE, Series 7 & Series 63 or strong desire to become FINRA licensed
  • College degree in Finance, Economics or Business

Responsibilities

  • Assist with account maintenance
  • Provide website support
  • Process asset transfers
  • Answer correspondence questions
  • Process equity, option, mutual fund, and fixed income orders
  • Act as a backup for U.S. Bancorp Investments Financial Advisors
  • Make warm introductions to the Wealth Management Advisory Service team as well as US Bank partners when appropriate.
